Network and Security Administrator

Job description and Responsibilities:

Maintenance of property including project planning, estimations and execution; Electrical and Mechanical systems maintenance including troubleshooting, breakdown and preventive maintenance for centralized building HVAC system, boilers, chillers, building security system, elevators, telephone exchange and phone lines; Take care of Electrical/Mechanical installations including making drawings; Setting up computer networks, servers, work stations and all office equipments including troubleshooting preventive and breakdown maintenance of these; Installation including configuration, troubleshooting of softwares like INET HVAC control system, PasspPointe security control system, Peachtree Accounting, office applications, and various operating systems; Design and maintain websites for the business. Design and implement database on SQL server and administer databases including user end interface. Configure and administer workstation, servers, database and network security.

Degree: Master's in Computer Science or U.S. equivalent required.

Construction Manager

Job Description and Responsibilities:
1. Design, modify & implement building heating, ventilation, & air conditioning systems for 250,000 square feet of rental property: office space & 500 apartments. a) Design intelligible computer interface for the automation of all HVAC systems: air handlers, chillers, boilers, & pumps. b) Maintain database of all required set points for HVAC systems. c) Design, delegate, & supervise routine maintenance schedule for all HVAC systems.
d) Manage spare parts inventory for all HVAC systems. e) Maintain HVAC systems compliance with local, state, & federal regulatory agencies. f) Maintain all permits & licenses required by local, state, & federal regulatory agencies for employees and contractors who will work with HVAC systems. g) Schedule routine third party testing of all HVAC systems for efficiency & compliance with local, state, & federal regulations.
2. Estimate & monitor commercial & residential building construction projects. a) Create project plans, track progress, head off problems. b) Provide job cost estimation. c) Analyze/improve project estimates & create financial reports.
3. Design, modify & monitor building safety, security, & control systems. a) Supervise the maintenance all entry control systems, cameras, & video recording systems. b) Manage building compliance with ADA, OSHA & other local, state, & federal regulations related to accessibility & the safety of employees and patrons. c) Supervise the maintenance of all computer networks dealing with security monitoring & equipment operations. d) Assign routine backups of file servers. e) Supervise installation of all user software, hardware & network extensions. 
4. Hire & train new employees
Degree: Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (or U.S. equivalent). Two years experience as Manager req’d.

Business Analyst

Job Description and Responsibilities: Make marketing, sales&expenses analysis reports using information received from an accountng database, sales reports& financial statements both internal to company&provided by clients. These reports will include margin analysis showing price& quantity variance from period to period, analysis of market conditions in Russia, sales forecast, & supply chain analysis. Propose&/or build an MRP system for at least one client company in Russia
